Drinking Fruit Juice can Improve Health

fruit juiceFruit juice contain sugar are considered liquid and cause an increase in obesity in children, it seems inappropriate juice consumed. But the truth is that fruit juice contain nutrients and can withstand the disease and improve health. For example, after working hard, then the juice will replace fluids and blood sugar and provides nutrients. If you are on the way or are driving a vehicle then juice also provide nutritional value.

There is a juice that contains little nutrition, for example is apple juice. Meanwhile, grape juice produces nutrients that are quick to react to health protection, because the content is very rich in polyphenols, a class of anti oxide which protects from cancer and heart disease.

A study from Korea found that by drinking grape juice daily for 8 weeks can reduce blood pressure in people who suffer from hypertension. In the meantime, tomato juice, as a source of lycopene (an anti-oxide which can reduce the risk of prostate cancer, breast, and lung) can strengthen the immune system and reduce cholesterol.

To improve the nutritional value of juice, some companies adding vitamins (such as anti-oxide A, C and E), minerals (like calcium), or some phytochemicals. There are companies that adding apple juice with vitamin C and calcium. There is also the added blueberry juice with the anti-oxides; there is also the added phytochemicals to reduce LDL cholesterol. Some companies mix the vegetables with fruit juice.

David Heber, MD, PhD, professor of medicine and director of the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of California, Los Angeles states should take turns in consuming fruit juice so you get the various elements that can withstand a variety of diseases.
